Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged. If this occurs, please contact us via email so we can review and resolve the issue. 

Refunds are only granted in cases where an order was placed by mistake or accidentally. You must request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you request a cancellation or refund more than 24 hours after your order is placed, a $15 restocking fee (per jersey) and a $5 shipping fee will apply. All orders are reserved upon placement, and cancellations after this timeframe may result in product loss and incurred costs on our end. We strongly encourage reviewing all important information before completing your purchase.

Order Changes

You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional cost. To do so, please email us at trivelakitco@outlook.com

Requests made after the 24-hour window will incur a $15 fee per jersey to cover reprocessing and restocking.

*If you contact us within the 24-hour window but receive a response after that period, your request will still qualify for the no-cost change policy.*

 

Returns & Exchanges After Delivery

If you decide to return or exchange a jersey after it has been delivered, a reprocessing fee will apply, and you will also be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a $15 fee per jersey plus a $5 shipping fee will be charged to cover additional handling and reshipping costs.
