How to Add Name & Number
To customize your jersey, simply add your name and number in the “Note/Optional Name set” box.
You’ll find this box before you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Example:
Chelsea jersey –Carlos,11
In the rare event that you cannot fit your desired name and number into the text box, email us or send us a DM on Instagram. (@trivelakitco)
Important
If no customization is added, your jersey will be shipped as-is (no name or number).
If you forget to include it, contact us as soon as possible with your order details via Email or DM.
